1. You Fit Health Club Members are entitled to 20% off Beverages in nominated restaurant and bar outlets within the hotel at which their membership is based.

2. The discount is available for a party of up to 6 people: the member and up to 5 guests.

3. Members are required to show their You Fit Membership Card at the time of ordering.

4. Membership status (live/current) may be verified with the club.

5. Not available to temporary members.

1. New members joining You Fit Health clubs are issued with 3 x Free 3 Day flexible passes for guests when joining the club.
2. 3 day flexible pass must be activated by the members’ friend or family member within 1 month of the new member commencing their membership.
3. The 3 day flexible pass card is valid for 3 x 1 day visits, which must all be used in a 1 week period from date of activation.  Any unused visits cannot be carried over.
4. Retrospective 3 day flexible passes will not be issued.
5. The 3 day flexible pass card is signed off by a Leisure Club Team member at the start of each club visit.
6. Guests who do not bring with them their card to be signed off at the start of each visit will be charged the standard club guest fee if they wish to use the club.
7. 3 day flexible passes are non-transferable and are subject to availability.
8. There is no cash alternative.
9. You Fit Health Clubs & Kew Green Hotels reserve the right to refuse access to the club by a guest at their discretion.  If for any reason the 3 day flexible pass holder is refused permission to enter a You Fit Health Club then no alternative will be offered.
10. It is the responsibility of the individual guest using the 3 day flexible pass, to ensure that they have taken adequate medical precautions, and must read and sign the club Health Commitment Statement, before using facilities.
11. 3 day flexible pass vouchers or cards which have been issued, that have been photocopied, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
12. Club rules must be adhered to at all times.
13. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or special offer.
14. You Fit Health Clubs & Kew Green Hotels reserve the right to terminate this promotion at any point without notice.

1. You Fit Health Club Members are entitled to 3 x 3 Day Flexible Passes for guests on the anniversary of each year of membership completed.
2. Members will continue to these 3 day flexible passes on the anniversary of the membership where the membership has remained unbroken on a continuous term.
3. You Fit Health Clubs and Kew Green Hotels reserve the right to withhold this benefit where a new anniversary date has been generated as a result of the membership account falling into arrears and/or cancelled.
4. In order to qualify and receive this benefit, You Fit Members should request their 3 x Free 3 Day Guest Passes within the 30 days following the yearly anniversary of the membership.

3. Not available for use at You Fit clubs within a 10 mile radius of members’ home club.
4. If the visited club is situated within the 10 mile radius then a standard guest fee will be charged per visit.
5. You Fit membership cards will be required on arrival at reciprocal You Fit Health Clubs.
